Zozo is a large purple creature that likes green transportation and public spaces.

History

Before cars

At one time there were many Zozos in New York. Zozos thrived in livable streets---with bike lanes, great mass transit, and when cyclists, pedestrians and other non-motorized transports had authority over cars.

Recent sightings

Since New York has recently been making great changes toward more Livable Streets (installing bike lanes, public plazas, etc), there were some sightings. One zozo, named Zozo, has reemerged. Zozo made his first public appearance at Celebrate Brooklyn's family day on July 11th. He said he's back because of all the great changes happening to New York's streets, and is so thrilled!
