Around Stuyvesant Town there is a little service road. It is crammed with parked cars 24/7/365. That makes it very hard for drivers to see Stuyvesant Town's thousands of seniors and children who cross the road all the time. Drivers routinely blow the stop signs on this service road. On 4/4/2009 I saw the aftermath of a car-bike crash with serious injuries. I want speed humps and/or other car-slowing devices added to the service road.
