I was the only resident from the neighborhood to attend last night's Economic Development CB12 meeting.  Attached are my notes.   Please read them.  Despite everything I said with Steve Simon and the police inspector Capul backing me up, they approved a new wine bar for Dyckman St. We can go to the full Board meeting later this month to speak up (3 minutes each) before the full board votes.  This is the only option left.
