I believe I am that person, and I appreciate Daniel's inclusion of WH in the name and logo.  But that is not the name that most members, yourself included, actually use to refer to the group.  If people did use 'Inwood and Washington Heights Livable Streets' or 'IWHLS', I wouldn't be complaining.  But this group is standardly referred to as 'Inwood Livable Streets' or 'ILS'.  From searching the list archives, I found only *one* instance in the last year where this group was referred to by its real name.  The standard practice of excluding WH when referring to the group is what makes WH members feel excluded.  (I might add that you yourself seem to think that 'Inwood Livable Streets' is the actual name of the group -- I've quoted you saying so below.)

Here's how group members actually refer to the group on this list (all from 2009):
