If there is a major change in the question, such as dramatic new information, it could justify re-hearing an issue. Otherwise, most organizations that use Robert's Rules of Order would first require a 2/3 vote on the question of whether to put the item on the agenda, since the previous majority decision is in effect being reversed. I don't know what parliamentary authority is used by the Community Board but it probably has something similar, since this is a basic principle for deliberative bodies. -- Ed

At the Economic Development CB12 meeting a couple of weeks ago, they did
indeed discuss the same restaurant again, but because the 34th precinct
did not provide enough information (other than having called Dyckman a
bar strip with a concentration of liquor licenses in the 2 block
stretch), they tabled it !

The next meeting of what? If it's economic development, what the
heck are they talking about this time?
They're supposed to be off for the summer.
