  • Toll exiting I95 into Manhattan from Bronx?

    Another upper Manhattan issue with the plan...
    
    I haven't seen any mention of whether I95 from the Bronx into  
    Manhattan will remain a toll-free route into Manhattan, or if the  
    exits into Manhattan will be tolled.  If it remains toll-free, that  
    could result in additional traffic diversions to the route with all  
    consequences that would entail.

    All the streets that cross between W 178 & 179n St are bridges,too.Ft Wash Ave,B'way,Wadsworth Ave,St Nicholas Ave,Audobon Ave and Amsterdam Ave. The 181 St Washington Bridge and the Alexander Hamilton Bridge are also bridges.
