I'm afraid that this is not true either.  In the first and
subsequent presentations at CB12, the route of the Dyckman greenway
connector begins at the end of the Hudson greenway, follows Riverside
Drive to Broadway, follows Dyckman to the northern terminus of the Harlem
greenway.  Once again I direct anyone to the handout

The very first few lines of the handout spell out the location of the
    proposed bike facility.
Our presentations have always emphasized parking neutrality, and we have
discussed methods of adding to parking west of Payson or Henshaw on
Dyckman to make up for any removed from the bikeway.
