It's a really good idea to start planning in advance. Here are my thoughts in
terms of priority:

1) Getting the AC Powell Lane installed (maybe push for protected lanes)
2) Address sidewalk parking, particularly around police precincts.
3) "Fixing" the St. Nicholas Ave bike lane. It has high speeds and cars often
use the bike lane as a passing lane, which is very very dangerous.
4) Traffic calming on St. Nicholas Place (It's very wide, no signals or stop
signs, no crosswalks, little traffic, and very high speeds.
5) Improve connections between heights and harlem valley neighborhoods.
6) BRT on 125th Street?
