I have long thought about density in the community and how it should be implemented. I think some of the best places to add mixed use development which exist already in the community would be along Sunset of course as well as Echo Park Ave. When I say mixed use building, I'm not talking about towers, but buildings that are maybe two to 5 stories high. What are everyone else's thoughts on this idea? I think this type of development would be real nice in the community as long as its done right. Echo Park would be an even more walkable and bike friendly community.
