96th Street and West End Ave. in Manhattan
Comments/Suggestions:
"About two weeks ago there were two bike accidents in the same week on the NW corner of 96th and West End Ave. In both cases when we looked out of our living room windows we saw a car stopped, a bike askew and witnesses gathered around a bicyclist lying on the street. The bicyclist who wasn't wearing a helmet did not move for five minutes. Both bicyclists were taken away on stretchers by ambulances. Both cars stopped on the N side of 96th Street, as if they had turned right whereas the bicyclist was going straight, thus the collision."

'My wife KC almost became a ghost bike remembrance last week, and the problem -- and an easy fix -- became clear on a closer look. So I thought I would bring this to your attention."
