Conference Schedule

Do we want to plan out events/activities that we'd like to attend while in Portland?

Tuesday, June 17 at Portland State University's Smith Memorial Student Union, located at 1825 SW Broadway.

We can set up as early as 8am and go till 4:30, but the table must be manned at all times.

There is also breakfast from 8-9, yoga from 8:15-8:45, and lunch at 12:30 with workshops going on throughout.
CC & LB were thinking we 'd set up before 9 and shut down before lunch. Thinking NG would probably join us and anyone else who'd like to (though AN and CE will probably be pretty tired. Depending on how many of us there are we can take shifts.
We need to bring DVDs (400?), pamplet, workshop flyer, LSN sign-up card, movie night flyers, banner.
Do we want to bring computers? If so how many and are we trying to sign people up or just show off the site? There will be wifi and electricity.

Also Please Note: our hotel is not right at the conference location! Haven't been yet but looks to be at least a good ten minute walk on the map. We should think about transporting shirts, dvds etc. for this and our workshop.
