It's looking like there will not be a Towards Carfree Cities conference in Brussels this spring after all.
World Carfree Network is still trying to decide how to proceed but it looks like there will either be a smaller event in Prague at some time during 2009, or a larger event in Capetown, South Africa in October 2009, coinciding with the first international bicycle trade show to be held on the African continent.
However it shakes out, I'll keep you all posted.
