The World Carfree Network (worldcarfree.net/conference) has just announced the dates for Towards Carfree Cities IX in Brussels, Belgium:

Our 2009 conference will head to the capital of the European Union. It will be held from 27th April to 3rd May 2009, just before the Velo City conference (11-15 May). Watch this space, as more complete information is coming soon!
