Hi Concerned Bronxites, I got an email about a meeting concerning the lower Concourse with the following info, but I could not attend. Perhaps this will provide some useful places to turn. I certainly agree the whole stretch from the Concourse to the Madison Ave. Bridge should be made safer for pedestrians and cyclists! City College Architectural Center also did a study a few years ago, examining the whole of 138th Street. I believe they did not treat the west and east ends thoroughly, but it might be worth having a look at their recommendations. Carol Zakaluk
