- A native New Yorker, I grew up in Manhattan, and only got a driver's license at the age of 43 after moving upstate to Troy. I'm interested in cycling, parking issues, and green space - very exited about recent developments in NYC (and a little sad to be so far away from them) - hoping to replicate at some much smaller level these kinds of changes in Troy ("the little city that almost could") - a suburb that looks like a city.
