- Our Bicycle Education Program specializes in teach bike skills to adults and children. Our programs take some of the confusion and mystery out of the "machine" aspect of the bicycle, and the fear that many people have of cycling in traffic. We promote increased participation in cycling by offering skills to new cyclists, so they will feel confident, safe, and competant riding, handling, and maintaining their bikes.
